Paulo Ribeiro
Head of Strategy Raven

Paulo has led some of the most creative agencies that combine strategy and technology. He revamped Redscout’s SF office of innovation consultancy, launched a powerful group of startups as MD of the venture studio,West SF; and most recently built Wieden+Kennedy’s tech agency, WK Lodge. He studied psychology and environmental science at Kenyon College.

The Raven is one of many mythological Tricksters and “Trickster Makes This World”. If you know, you know.

Skylar Storkamp
Brand Manager Moth

Skylar hails from the great state of Minnesota. Like her Viking kin, Skylar is strong and smart and fearless. An indefatigable problem solver, to be sure. In college Skylar studied functional apparel design and marketing and later worked as a strategist at several creative shops. She is a wearer of many hats (management, strategy, research, production) and a curious student of life.

Moths are creatures that know their purpose. And they often show up in the most beautiful and exquisite ways.

Karyn Wilson
Executive Assistant Coffee Beans

Karyn recently traded the genteel charms of South Carolina for the rough and tumble streets of NYC. And for that, we are grateful. After a decade spent in customer service, Karyn has honed a few important skills: she’s a great listener, an affable communicator, and a genuinely authentic person. Her future is super bright and we’re grateful to have her by our side.

Think of the ways you can enhance your life with coffee beans: cold brew, café au lait, chocolate covered espresso beans. The possibilities are endless.

Mark Dusk
Concept Director Walnut Necklace

Mark D. is a design savant, a creative conjurer, a maker of beautiful things. He graduated from Savannah College of Art & Design in 2011 and opened his own shop three years later. Since then, Mark has partnered with clients such as Nintendo, Marvel and Disney. And created everything from new video games and fonts to mind-bending experiences and spaceships. No, we aren’t joking.

My grandfather used to collect walnut shells and turn them into beautiful things. I wore one of his walnuts around my neck as a reminder of his creative spirit.

Jason Clement
Senior Strategist Stetson

Jason’s been on the forefront of where technology, comms strategy and good old fashioned media intersect. He led innovation for agencies like Wieden+Kennedy and Chiat-Day, was an early partner at indie shop Noble People, and has proudly served on the advisory board of the non-profit, Islands and Seas. Jason drives comms and innovation strategy at Two Things.

My Stetson cowboy hat keeps me connected to my past and my Southwestern roots. It was handed down to me by my father when I was a teen.

Margaret Alba
Studio Designer Crayon

Like her home state, Margaret is a true Lone Star. Whether she’s making, marketing or modeling, everything Margaret creates feels fresh and exciting. Though a graphic designer by trade, Margaret loves to dabble in all sorts of digital and real world media, such as animation, augmented reality, 3D printed sculptures and metalsmithing. Btw, her soldered hairpins are super dope.

When I was young, I used up all the printer paper drawing and doodling. My parents banned me from using printer paper. But I still had my crayons.

PJ Mongell
Senior Strategist Wizard

While attending the University of Alabama, PJ played baseball and football and majored in, wait for it, poetry. He later moved to NYC, where he worked as a senior strategist at Droga5, Laundry Service and Mekanism. PJ is a great writer, a master simplifier and an absolute joy to work with. If you’re lucky, maybe someday he’ll roast you a plate of southern style beets.

I’ve always had a thing for wizards. I even used to dress like one. Think oversized fashion, pre-Kanye. I like to refer to it as, Wizard-core.

Jamon Sin
Studio Designer Abacus

Jamon is a creative powerhouse capable of solving any design challenge. He’s worked for non-profits and startups, in nimble studio environments and for advertising behemoths like Wieden+Kennedy. Along the way, he’s created a raft of beautiful, curated pieces for Nike and Sun Valley, to name a few. He even won a lion at Cannes.

Every movement on the Suanpan (Chinese abacus) performs a distinct calculation. Each bead is moved with clear intention and purpose.

Scott Cromer
Creative Director Sauté Pan

Scott started his career as a planner at Leo Burnett and later moved to Portland to work at Wieden+Kennedy, where he was Head of Strategy for two years. Feeling restless, Scott left WK in the middle of a recession and started his own agency, Mutt. Here, Scott learned to write and creative direct on some of the world’s best brands, including Nike, The Gap, NFL, Playstation and Facebook.

My sauté pan is up for anything. Especially the hot and spicy stuff.

We’ve led turnarounds for Fortune 500 companies and have launched some of the most important startups of the past decade. This experience gives our clients a powerful advantage.

There is no one template for innovation (if there was, we wouldn’t be necessary).

We put together teams that are built to uncover tensions: Artists + Engineers, Introverts + Extroverts, Commerce + Culture. We integrate opposing views to design unique ways to bring each brand to life.

and each one is different.

...

We've lived hundreds of brand lives
