About The Role //

We are seeking our first Head of Partnerships. 


To date, we’ve grown in both revenue and headcount via our personal networks, and word of mouth. We’ve also been fortunate to receive quite a bit of repeat business. Business development has been managed by members of the leadership team, but it is time to bring in a dedicated leader.

 

This hire will manage the following: 

  1. How potential clients hear about us 

  2. How we present ourselves to those potential clients  

  3. How we shepherd those initial conversations into lasting relationships. 

We are looking for someone highly personable who can partner seamlessly with the leadership team to uncover potential, and perhaps previously untapped, leads. We are seeking someone versed in the strategic targeting of net new business and a proven history of conversion. We are looking for a team player who is intrinsically driven to grow business holistically.

 

The role is officially open and approved and we will move to offer when we meet the right candidate. The Head of Partnerships compensation package will include a competitive base salary, solid benefits, and a commission structure, percentage emphasizing overall growth vs. simply net new wins. 

About You //

You bring 7+ years of experience driving growth at a design, innovation, or creative agency. You are well-respected in the industry and bring a network of marketing, advertising and product design professionals. You are well versed in identifying target companies and personas and know how to tackle outbound marketing. 


You will be responsible for curating and improving our marketing and pitch materials with help from studio (creds decks, case studies, leave-behinds, etc.). You’re able to showcase a deep understanding of holistic modern marketing when approaching and speaking with potential clients. 


You enjoy collaborating with other designers, strategists, and writers to prepare materials and pitches that are tuned to a particular client’s industry and needs. You have experience drafting proposals and participating in scope negotiations. You are keen to recommend and implement the appropriate prospecting/CRM tools to build and manage our pipeline. And more importantly than anything else, you bring a great attitude, a growth mindset and a proactive eagerness to help us build what should be in place but just isn’t yet…
